Project Overview

This national staffing company operated across multiple locations and needed a website that could serve two distinct audiences simultaneously: employers looking to hire and job seekers looking for work. The existing site was slow, hard to navigate, and did not rank well for location-specific staffing queries.

Approach

We rebuilt the site with a dual-audience structure: employer-facing pages focused on staffing solutions and industry expertise, while candidate-facing pages highlighted open roles, locations, and the application process. Each location got its own optimized landing page with local content and structured data.

The content operating system was designed to scale -- new locations, roles, and industries could be added without rebuilding page templates. Performance optimization was a priority since staffing sites tend to have high page counts and heavy traffic from job board referrals.

Outcome

The optimized site improved page speed, clarified the user journey for both audiences, and created a scalable foundation for adding new markets. Location pages began ranking for local staffing queries, and the improved conversion flow increased both employer inquiries and candidate applications.
